A simplified 2-column Drupal theme, which comes as a default theme for version 7. Named after Jean Bartik, one of the first programmers for the ENIAC computer. Theme can be used for administrative mode - as it is very lightweight.
Cons: you have to control sizes of all images or limit them by rendering formats - non-responsive images.
